How are credits used?

A line drawing (from a photo or sketch) costs 10 credits, a flowchart or block diagram 5. Exporting sheets and sharing links costs nothing.

What do I get for free?

30 credits on the day you sign up, then 10 credits every day, which expire at the end of that day (UTC). Free exports carry a "Preview" watermark; any paid credits remove it.

When do credits expire?

Monthly plan credits last 30 days. Yearly plans grant twelve months of credits up front, valid for a year. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.

What if a generation fails?

Its credits are returned automatically, and the refund shows in your credit history.

Yes, a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used. See the refund policy for details.
