About PatentStroke
PatentStroke is AI patent drawing software that makes patent drawings from a product photo, a hand sketch or a method claim, laid out on USPTO sheets.
Why we built it
Drawings are the part of a patent application that inventors usually cannot do themselves. The rules are strict, a drafting service bills per sheet and takes days, and every revision starts the wait again. We built PatentStroke so the material an inventor already has, a photo, a sketch or a claim, becomes filing-ready figures in minutes.
Who it is for
Independent inventors, patent agents, patent attorneys and small firms preparing utility applications for the USPTO, EPO and PCT.
How we work
- Private by default: uploads and prompts are never logged or used for training, and drawings are served only to their owner.
- Honest about limits: AI can miss a small part, so every figure is meant to be reviewed before filing. We do not give legal advice.
- Built on the rules: sheets follow 37 CFR 1.84, with per-figure files for CNIPA, JPO and KIPO.
- Simple pricing: 10 credits per figure, a free daily allowance, and full prices shown on the pricing page.
